Client Success Manager

Role Overview

As oneninefive continues to expand, we’re on the lookout for a Client Success Manager to support B2B client campaign delivery as we grow.

Reporting to the VP of Client Success & Operations, this role is key to our best-in-class campaign delivery and comes with the opportunity to work on oneninefive’s full portfolio of demand generation services with some of the largest global B2B companies.

This role will require the successful candidate to have previous experience in client success, ideally in demand generation within the B2B marketing landscape and exceptional attention to detail. You will have responsibility as a collective with your fellow Client Success Managers (a brilliant bunch!) to delight clients, manage costs and deliver exceptional campaigns at speed. You will be an ambassador of the business and will strive for excellence individually and as part of our supportive operations team.


As our Client Success Manager, you will:

  • Manage campaign delivery from pre-sales to end of delivery
  • Manage all asset delivery and execution
  • Abide by strict SLAs and company policies
  • Work with our sales team as a gatekeeper of operations and delivery
  • Support your team, share knowledge and communicate expertly under pressure
  • Manage partner costs with your peers in the CSM team
  • Be responsible for upselling and upweighting across accounts
  • Deliver weekly reports and lead delivery stats
  • Be/become an expert in Convertr
  • Be/become an expert in all our lead platforms
  • Deliver both QBR and ABRs
  • Deliver a quarterly review with your department on learnings on campaigns to the oneninefive’s senior and executive leadership (SMT and ELT)
  • Work towards your KPI’s both quantitative and qualitative
  • Be truly accountable for all campaigns and operational relationships in your portfolio


As our Client Success Manager, you’ll likely bring:

  • Excellent client-facing communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Brilliant attention to detail, day in/day out
  • Direct experience meeting the needs of B2B digital marketing clients
  • Capacity to confidently adjust tone and approach to various client groups and regions
  • Strong EQ, great listening skills and ability to manage client expectations with both patience and gravitas
  • Aptitude to work with oneninefive’s tech stack (don’t worry, we’ll train you)
  • Disciplined systems experience with CRM tools and the aptitude to follow operational processes clearly
  • Proven ability to delivery marketing campaign projects to tight deadlines, budget and quality parameters

  • CSAT scores and moves to a higher NPS score
  • Consistency in meeting internal reporting and project deadlines
  • Quality of campaign delivery and client feedback
  • Examples of meeting and exceeding overall team and business goals
  • Evidence of a highly organised approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • How you build core relationships and reflect oneninefive’s values in your behaviour, internally and externally
