oneninefive, demand generation specialists are excited to welcome Louise Searley as Agency Sales Manager. Louise joins as the sixth new role this year for oneninefive and will be joining our high performing sales team to develop our agency and direct account relationships.
Reporting directly into Kevin Ellis, Sales Manager, this senior sales role will be essential in propelling the sales team to the next level. With a wealth of industry experience most recently from MarketMakers and Cyance, Louise will bring valuable insight into the ABM and lead generation world. Louise will not only be bringing knowledge and experience but exceptional client relationship management after having worked top to bottom with a number of B2B agencies. We just can’t wait to get started.
Louise Searley, Agency Sales Manager, states:
“It has quickly become apparent that I am joining oneninefive at a monumentally exciting time – the team were breaking records by 11am on Monday morning. There is high demand in the market for demand generation services, where event spend has moved online.
What attracted me to oneninefive was the culture; a collective of entrepreneurial, accountable and skilled individuals, who all excel in their respective positions and departments – I feel privileged to be part of the team.
With a passion and an understanding of the B2B landscape, I can’t wait to support agency-side marketers to increase performance of their demand generation activity.”
Kevin Ellis, Sales Manager, states:
“Louise is another phenomenal addition to our growing team. Whilst she’s got a wealth of working experience that makes her a multitalented individual, her experience at MarketMakers and Cyance means that she has an exceptional understanding of the demand generation landscape and will be perfectly skilled to take our ABM and intent propositions to market.
Louise’s energy and drive are infectious! She will raise the performance of the sales team as a whole, and in turn positively impact the wider business.
Tasked with driving our agency sales approach forwards and developing relevant relationships, having someone so astutely minded at the forefront is a very exciting prospect. That aside I look forward to working with someone that, similar to myself, is genuinely interested in behavioural economics and understanding what makes people tick.
